My time as a healing professional has reinforced the awareness that trauma and chronic stress are stored not just in our minds, but in our bodies and nervous systems as well. That is often why talk therapy is just not enough. As a result, I’ve been most effective in supporting people in reaching their goals through treatment modalities that utilize the brain, body, and nervous system.

 

 

Hi, I’m Jenn.

People who seek me out generally identify with experiencing a history of trauma, grief, attachment wounds, or chronic stress that’s preventing them from living their best lives.

I work most effectively with individuals who are open to a less traditional therapy experience and a direct, relational communication style.

I use a mix of Brainspotting (often referred to as a more gentle, more effective version of EMDR), Flash Technique, Internal Family Systems (parts work), TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises), Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness in my work.

That being said, I believe that a successful therapy experience is most importantly based in a strong, trusting client/therapist relationship. I look forward to helping you trust your inner wisdom and following where the process takes us.
