All therapy sessions take place via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. That means you can receive the support you’ve been looking for from the convenience of your own space.

After completing intake paperwork, you’ll receive a secure, HIPPA-compliant link for sessions.

I am not offering in person sessions at this time.

My private pay fee is $180 per 50-minute session. The initial intake session fee is $200.
In addition, I’m in network with Aetna insurance.
If I’m considered an out of network provider with your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement. Contact your insurance company directly to inquire about potential reimbursement as I cannot guarantee reimbursement of therapy fees.
We can also explore out of network options together via the Thrizer platform to determine what kind of out of network benefits your insurance offers and what the reimbursement process entails.

I require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame will result in a charge of 50% of your session fee. You will be charged the full session fee for any no shows or last-minute cancellations.

I return emails, calls, and texts at my earliest convenience, typically Monday-Friday. If you are having a counseling emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
